Announcing LP Lessons
Hi all,
I wanted to let you know that I’ve started a new venture, share my most recent publication on Substack, and say thank you.
I’m now advising Limited Partners (“LP”) on their existing positions as well as giving them independent feedback on any new investments. Loosely speaking, LPs look to benefit from private real estate investment returns, without all the work (which is done by the General Partner). In a matter of ~3 months, my posts have reached hundreds of thousands of people between Twitter (follow me here) and Substack. There’s a lot going on in this space (unfortunately both good and bad - be careful!), and I hope to help.
I just published "top 15 syndication mistakes" after advising dozens of people who lost their money through these investment opportunities. I hope this article will help many people invest better.

PS I’m not “done” with Flourish - hope to come back & write more, but all of my attention is on the Limited Partner advisory business for now.
